Hi folks! How’s February treating you? I’ve been reading. You can see below that has been going at best so-so. I have no idea why it’s noted that I read Discipline twice. Let’s just say it’s not a book I would re-read.
My best read for the year so far has been Strangers, the memoir by Belle Burden. It was a quick read and a cautionary tale about losing yourself in your marriage. The Limping Lady was interesting and based on the true story of Virginia Hall, who was a very successful spy for the British SOE and later the US OSS during WWII. The book was good enough to make me want to find out more about her. I’m waiting on this title to arrive. It’s still very early but I have a feeling this might be a year I read a lot of non fiction. I’ll keep you posted!
