I saw my sister with the Dragon Diffusion Egola and loved the color and shape. I thought it was giving ethnic, utilitarian chic which is right up my alley. I was not familiar with the brand Dragon Diffusion before seeing my sister’s bag. In addition to their website you can find their bags at Net-a-Porter and Harrods. I got mine from Harrods in March of this year. I bought an insert from Bag & Sense to use with the Egola.

The Egola is essentially an elevated market bag. It’s open with no fastenings and surprisingly roomy. It was my bag of choice for most of spring and summer. The only downside I noticed was some color transfer when I wore it with light colored jeans.
I’ve been really impressed by how well made the bag is. It’s been six months and I haven’t noticed any obvious signs of wear and tear. I wasn’t sure whether to get the Egola in green or tan(Harrods noted the color as brown). The black was also chic but I thought the tan or green would really show the weaving of the leather better. I’m happy I chose the tan in the end. Now my sister and I are bag twins 👯♀️!
