Workouts: May 2012 vs May 2011

Well I for one can’t believe we are in June??!!. I also can’t believe that I was able to work out everyday in May last year?? I thought it would be interesting to compare my workouts from a year ago so I dug up my old calendar. My handwriting hasn’t gotten any better but I’ve increased my Pilates workouts, added Yoga, cut out the nautilus machines at the gym and rediscovered my treadmill.  I’m still working towards my Pilates certification and session two is fast approaching.

Since the first session I’ve been practicing these:

All three are apparatus used in classical Pilates training.

The training has been challenging so far. There’s is a lot to remember and I’ve had to work on improving my personal practice quite a bit, but I know that will make me a better teacher in the end.
