I started off like a lion with my workouts for April and then life happened. I pulled a muscle in my back sometime around the middle of the month. Then my yoga class was cancelled one week because the teacher fell. That’s how it goes sometimes.
For the next several months I’m going to be focusing on Pilates as I continue my teacher training. I’m cutting out all free weights and/or Nautilus machines like those I’m using in the pics above. I wasn’t doing much of that any way but, my workouts will be strictly cardio(Spinning, Running, Elliptical, Stairmaster) Pilates and yoga for now. Namaste :).
