What’s up? I’m doing well. I met some really big personal goals last week so that was exciting. I’ve also been meditating about three times a week using the Calm app I talked about here. I’ve moved up to about 10 minutes a session from that last post. You know me. Baby steps all the way. For some strange reason I don’t meditate on the weekends. I’m guessing it’s because my mind automatically flips to relaxation mode on the weekend. Ideally I’d like to develop a practice where I meditate every day. On the days that I do meditate I can feel the difference. I feel mentally clearer and more ready to face whatever may come up. You’d think that would be enough of an incentive for me to meditate more consistently but apparently I’m not wired that way. I’m not going to force anything. It feels right now so I’ll keep doing it and see what happens.
