The collaboration between Target and Peter Pilotto which debuted this month was very popular. I’m really not one for skirts or dresses so the only thing I picked up was this sweatshirt. I can tell it’s going to be in heavy rotation until the temperatures warm up so I hope it will hold up well.
In other news I finally, finally(what can I say I’ve been busy) got a library card a little over two months ago. My local library leaves a lot to be desired, so luckily I’m able to get audio books and eBooks digitally via OverDrive. I’ve been using it mostly for audio books so far. In the past when friends would talk about how much they loved their books on tape, and in later years their Audible accounts I always gave them a slightly bemused look. Who wants to listen to an entire book? How much driving would you have to do to get through a novel in the car? Well, I am here to confess that I have seen the light and I am now an audio book believer. I listen to the books while cooking, doing laundry, at the nail salon, and yes in the car and it adds up. In the past three months I’ve listened to two David Sedaris books, The Goldfinch(good grief that was a long book), and I’m working my way through Grisham’s Sycamore Row. I also read the digital version of What is the What on my i-phone using the OverDrive app. Four and a half books in two months is something I haven’t done since primary school. Did I mention that they were all free?
I have no idea what took me so long to get on the audio book band wagon. I do know I’m here to stay. What say you guys? Are you in to audio books? Have you tried OverDrive?

The Pilotto sweatshirt and J Crew necklace are really trending right now. Nice styling,I do not do audio books yet but I'm currently thinking of trying it out. It is very good for a busy schedule.

you look fabulous! much to my surprise I liked this print better than the others.Glad you got into audio books. You should be careful when you are driving though, no scaring books when driving!! Your library doens't sound too good, but check, your card may give you access to other libraries in the system.
Thanks Neo!. I think it does but the digital delivery of the e-books and audio books are tiding me over for now.
