Let’s get a show of hands from all those who are shocked that we are in NOVEMBER?!!!. My hand is definitely up, way up. The calendar shows that I was working out on average about 5 days a week in October. My Pilates classes reigned supreme again, and my dedicated strength training workouts were a measly four for the month. I also see that at the beginning of the week, particularly Monday’s I had a hard time fitting any exercise in. I’ve always been a crack of dawn or dead of night gym rat. Lately, and I don’t know if it’s the change in weather, I’m finding that if I don’t workout in the morning it’s really hard to get it in after work. Nowadays by the end of my day I’m even more mentally drained than usual, and once I get home I have no desire to leave to go to the gym. All I want to do at that point is sleep. I’ll see how next month goes.

As promised, above is my 2011 Halloween costume. Laugh all you want, just know that my two year old Target spider web t-shirt was a hit at work. I got several compliments on both the shirt and my crackle manicure .

Looks great with your outfit 🙂
@rmcandelight:Thank you! I tend to wear a lot of black for work so this crackle manicure has been working well for me this week.
I like your idea of writing down your exercises. These is something I can start right away. The Halloween costume is cute and to the point.
@Dr Reginia:Writing down my workouts helps me stay on track. Thanks I like my little spider web shirt too:)
