First Quarter Fitness Check In

Hi folks,

Here we are at the end of the first quarter. With the exception of November and February(don’t ask me what was going on because I can barely remember yesterday)it looks like I’m working out about two days a week if you consider the number of workouts completed in a month. Two is better than zero right. Ha!

    It’s good that you have a workout journal. I am sure it keeps you motivated. I should start one:-)

      I used to track my workouts regularly years ago. Then I got busy with life. I’ve been doing well with tracking them this year.
