So this isn’t a new year new me post at all. It’s more of a only God knows what fresh hell the new year will bring so I might as well get a head start on the mobility I’m going to need to survive it post. My plan is to log 300 miles of movement next year. Those miles can be from walking or running. How did I come up with 300? Well, there are 52 weeks in a year. Subtract 2 weeks off the bat because you know life. Then 2 miles 3 times a week for the other 50 weeks and voilà- 300 miles. That’s it. That’s the plan and the post. As a wise person once said I don’t have to be faster than the bear I just have to be faster than the guy next to me. So, I’m off to stretch. Have a great week!
